Ok, where do I start? Let’s go back to when I started my own successful Real Estate career. The year was 2005 and the market was starting to heat up here in Calgary AB.

When I started I did not have the kind of resources that are offered today. I really didn’t know where to start and certainly didn’t have my CDA’s (core daily activities) or Database or know what the heck to do with one! I was basically winging it as I was very fortunate that many of my colleagues from my last career knew me well enough to trust me to help them buy and sell their homes.

Phew!

Fast forward to 2009 when I signed on with my current Brokerage. I quickly discovered that there is an abundance of Real Estate training out there and I wanted in!

Not only to learn but to eventually teach.

By this time I knew what I was doing and wanted to elevate that and help others (my true calling/passion). So that began my new adventure in mentoring and teaching Realtors which I obviously still do to this day.

For the past 14 years I have been mentoring and coaching Realtors to help them achieve their goals not only in their careers but in their personal life as well.

See, I am a HUGE believer that you can be successful in both.

Whatever your definition of “success” in your life is, I can get you there. This is an example of Greatness in my world (we will get to that story later).
